Similar Content

AI models may generate similar content for different users based on similar inputs. We do not guarantee uniqueness of generated content and are not responsible for similarities between outputs generated for different users.

Platform Rights

The OmniGen2 platform, including its software, algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform and its underlying technology.

User Content License

By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze your content for the purpose of providing services. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

Generated Content Rights

Subject to these terms, you have the right to use, modify, and distribute content generated through the platform. However, you acknowledge that similar content may be generated for other users and that AI-generated content may have limitations on copyright protection.

Trademark Protection

OmniGen2 and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. Generated content should not infringe third-party trademarks or create confusion about source or sponsorship.

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Plan details, pricing, and billing cycles are clearly described during the signup process and in your account dashboard.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

Billing and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears based on actual consumption.

Price Changes

We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice for new billing cycles. Existing subscriptions will continue at current rates until renewal. Price increases will not affect prepaid subscription periods.

Uptime Commitment

Misuse of Service

• Generating content to train competing models
• Sharing API credentials or account access

Privacy Violations

• Violating privacy laws or regulations

• Unauthorized data collection or profiling

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process in your dashboard. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for services already provided or automatically entitle you to refunds.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or other conduct that may harm our service or other users. We will provide notice when possible, except in cases requiring immediate action.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your account data according to our data retention policies. Some provisions of these terms will survive termination, including payment obligations and limitation of liability clauses.

Data Export

Before account termination, you may export your data using available tools or by requesting assistance. We are not obligated to maintain or provide access to your data after account closure, except as required by law.

Service Disclaimers

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Limitation of Liability

AI-generated content is experimental and may not be suitable for all purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of generated content. Users must evaluate and validate all outputs before use.

Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services beyond our control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services or content. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OmniGen2, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Content-Related Claims

You are responsible for all content you generate, upload, or share through the platform. This includes defending against claims of copyright infringement, privacy violations, defamation, or other legal issues arising from your content or its use.

Scope of Indemnification

Your indemnification obligations include reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and settlement amounts. We reserve the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.

Notice and Cooperation

We will provide prompt notice of any claims subject to indemnification and will cooperate reasonably in the defense. Your indemnification obligations are contingent upon our providing such notice and cooperation in the defense of claims.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good faith resolution of disputes through direct communication. Contact our legal team with a detailed description of the dispute and proposed resolution.

Binding Arbitration

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization. Arbitration will be conducted in English and located in a mutually convenient jurisdiction.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions, collective arbitrations, or representative proceedings. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

Jurisdiction
